Whenever I think of the festive season, I imagine all the pretty Christmas decorations, especially Christmas tree ornaments. Noël, which is the French word for Christmas, reminds me of that season.
This circular shape shawl features two repeating sections, a picot lace and a solid section imitating patterns that can be found on various Christmas baubles. By only increasing each section on one side, the shawl develops a spiral look which adds to the illusion of a sphere.
